We want you to absolutely love your purchase and feel confident in your decision.

Here’s all you need to know about our return process:

Merchandise purchased online or in-store may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

Shoes that have been worn are eligible for store credit up to 30 days after purchase.

Clearance items greater than $75 are eligible for store credit. Clearance items $75 or less, worn compression items, and gift cards are final sale.

Online Orders: Additional Information

All the guidelines mentioned above also apply to our online store. We offer the convenience of returning online purchases by mail or at one of our physical stores for a refund or exchange.

  • Original shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable.

  • For footwear purchased online, we’ll provide a free return shipping label.*

  • For other eligible items, there’s a flat-rate $10 shipping and handling fee for returns.

*If you’re returning an order from outside the lower 48 states, including Hawaii, Alaska, or military addresses, please note that return shipping labels may be subject to an additional charge. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

When returning footwear, please avoid using the shoebox as the primary shipping container, as this may void your return. Instead, place the shoebox inside a separate shipping box.

Online exchanges and in-store returns of online purchases are always free, helping make your shopping experience hassle-free.
