In Newport News, our participants demonstrated remarkable generosity, raising a grand total of $932, all in support of Thrive Peninsula. The following week, the Chesapeake group surpassed expectations by raising an impressive $987. All proceeds from Chesapeake were directly channeled to support the noble mission of the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore.
