Here’s all you need to know about our return process:
Merchandise purchased online or in-store may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with the receipt. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
Shoes that have been worn are eligible for store credit up to 30 days after purchase with receipt.
Clearance items greater than $75 are eligible for store credit. Clearance items $75 or less, worn compression items, and gift cards are final sale.

All the guidelines mentioned above also apply to our online store. We offer the convenience of returning online purchases by mail or at one of our physical stores for a refund or exchange.
Please note that original shipping charges for online purchases are non-refundable. However, for footwear purchased online, we’ll provide a return shipping label at no charge. For other eligible items, there’s a flat-rate $10 shipping and handling fee.
When returning footwear, please avoid using the shoebox as the primary packaging, as doing so may void the return. Instead, place the shoes back in the shoebox and then pack them in another box for shipping.
Online exchanges and returns made in-store are completely free, making your shopping experience hassle-free.
