Half Marathon Training Team: August 21-November 12

What’s Included:

Each member of the training team will receive a comprehensive training booklet with a 12-week training schedule written by Ken Holmes, a certified USA Track and Field Coach. Each month we’ll have a special clinic or seminar for the team, including a private shoe fitting at Point 2 and foam rolling clinic. Each member will have access to a certified USATF coach as well as supported weekly Saturday morning long runs. As an added perk we are happy to partner with the Virginia Running Festival! Registrants of the training team have the option to bundle their registration for the training team with a guaranteed entry into the Massive Medal Half Marathon. 5k Training Team: September 18-November 12

What’s Included:

This team will be an introductory 5k plan for someone just entering the running world! Each member of the 5k training team will receive a comprehensive training booklet with an 8-week training schedule written by Ken Holmes, a certified USA Track and Field Coach. Each month we’ll have a special clinic or seminar for the team, including a private shoe fitting at Point 2 and a foam rolling clinic. Each member will have access to a certified USATF coach as well as supported weekly Wednesday evening runs. As an added perk we are happy to partner with the Virginia Running Festival! Registrants of the training team have the option to bundle their registration for the training team with a guaranteed entry into the CNU Alumni 5k. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity!
